Here at Animal Tracks we are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers and all our Terms and Conditions are put in place to protect you as the consumer. By accessing or using the animal-tracks.co.uk web site you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site.

By placing an order on our website you are legally making an offer to buy goods from us you will then receive an e-mail from us to confirm that we have received your order which will contain your order number for your reference. We recommend when you receive your confirmation e-mail from us you print it out for your records.

We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. There will be no contract between you and Animal Tracks until Animal Tracks accepts your order via e-mail confirming dispatch of your order.

Item(s) no Longer Available:

If an item(s) is no longer available we will contact you when we have received your order to advise you on this and there will be no contract between us. We may where possible offer you an alternative should you wish to accept this you are liable for the difference in price and the card used to place the order will be charged/refunded the difference. You do have the right to refuse the alternative and you will be given a full refund for the item(s) that is no longer available.

Pricing Mistake:

If there has been an error in pricing of an item(s) we will contact you when we have received your order to advise you on this and there will be no contract between us. We will offer you the item(s) at the correct price and the card used to place the order will be charged/refunded the difference in price. You do have the right to refuse the item(s) at the correct price and you will be given a full refund for the item(s) if you no longer wish to purchase it at the correct price.

Item(s) not Available:

If an item(s) is not available when processing your order we may provide you with a substitute item(s) that will do the same job. You do have the right to refuse to accept the substitute item(s) however you are liable for the cost of returning the item(s) to us by our courier. The cost is the standard price of delivery for the zone you live in (please check our Delivery Service information for details) plus £4 handling fee. Typing Errors:

Our Sales Team at Animal Tracks spend a lot of time keeping the website up to date to ensure pricing and descriptions of an item(s) are correct at the time of publishing. However orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the price of the item(s) or the description. If there is an error there will be no contract between you and Animal Tracks and we will contact you to advise you on this.

VAT:

All our prices displayed on the website include VAT at 20%.

Payment:

Payment for orders is required when completing your order whether on line or by telephone and the payment method is credit card or debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Delta cards. You can shop with confidence using our secure payment provider NetBanx.

Item(s) not in Stock:

If an item(s) is not currently in stock we will back order it for you and you will receive your item(s) within 30days. If there are other items on your order these will be delivered within 4-5 working days after being processed in line with our Standard Delivery and your back order item(s) will follow at no extra cost to you.

We will always contact you if an item(s) is on back order and give you an estimated time for delivery within 30 days. You do have the right to cancel the back ordered item(s) and you will be given a refund for the cost if you do not want to wait for the item(s).

Colour Options:

Some of our products have options for colour and at times certain colours may be substituted with a different colour without notice. We always endeavor to provide you with the item(s) in your preferred colour choice however we cannot guarantee this as it is just a colour option. You do have the right to refuse to accept the substitute colour item(s) however you are liable for the cost of returning the item(s) to us by our courier. The cost is the standard price of delivery for the zone you live in (please check our Delivery Service information for details) plus £4 handling fee. Please contact us on 01670 851 160 to arrange this. The card used to place the order will be refunded the price of the item(s). We always do our best to contact you when we are made aware of the colour substitute.

If a colour option is no longer available on an item(s) we will contact you to advise on this and you will be given the option to choose a different colour or cancel your order of the effected item(s). If you cancel the effected item(s) the card you used to place the order will be refunded the cost of the item(s).

Vouchers:

You can redeem vouchers from us online by entering the code off the voucher on the checkout page. If you are having problems using a voucher please contact us on 01670 851 160 prior to placing your order. You can also redeem a voucher when placing an order on the telephone by giving us the code off the voucher at the end of your order.

Exceptions to Vouchers:

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or voucher.

• Vouchers are redeemed at the discretion of our management.

• Please check your voucher as it may be subject to Terms and Conditions in addition to these.

• Vouchers are not accepted against delivery charges.

• We are not able to accept vouchers after you have placed your order.

• Vouchers do not have a cash value.

Brand Vouchers:

If you have a voucher for a particular brand of product please send us your voucher with a note of your order number and if your voucher is valid we will refund the voucher amount on to the card you used to place the order. Please check the voucher Terms and Conditions before sending the voucher to us to ensure you have met the requirements to use it.
